Stephen’s experience started when joining the construction industry in 2004. Now, with 18 years of experience, Stephen progressed through the organisation specialising in electrical construction projects, technology, communication installations across Victoria and nationally. Stephen has successfully delivered high end projects across many industry sectors ranging from facilities, base building, infrastructure, University’s, Government agencies and retail outlets.

Like many people, Stephen invested in properties that are managed by Owners Corporation Companies. Stephen found through his experience the services being promised were not often the services being delivered and the general level of customer service and responsiveness just was not there. He realised there was an opportunity to improve the way these corporations worked and to have the owners trust and engage once again as a community for the best interest of their properties. Stephen decided to make it his mission to change the industry standard that is known.

Owning properties in strata communities, Stephen quickly realised these large investments into his and his family’s future were being managed by companies that lacked the ability to care about the fundamentals in home and investment ownership. Like many people, we see our homes and/or investments as a way to improve our future. A Strata Manager should share an owners vision and care for your property like it is their own and this is what Stephen does everyday.
